Jeremy Nixey

Chairman

Jeremy is a Director/Chairman and founder of My Care My Home. He founded Shaw Healthcare in 1986 as a housing association and it is now one of the UK's leading health and social care providers with the unique attribute of being majority owned by its employees.

He also founded Shaw Foundation in 1986 to improve care for older people in the UK and in 2016, they launched Shaw Lifetime Care to help older people pay for their care home without selling their house.

Joanne Davies

Director of Care

Joanne launched her career within the Health and Social Care Sector 16 years ago as a Support Worker. In the time since, she has also been a care coordinator, Registered Manager and Area Manager. Joanne later became a Quality and Performance Manager and was responsible for the auditing of care services ensuring their compliance with Regulatory standards.

Joanne joined My Care My Home in 2014 as a Project Manager. She was instrumental in managing the successful initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling of our Discharge Services.

Joanne is responsible for overseeing and leading our Domiciliary Care Services, working with the Operations Manager and Quality and Performance Officer in ensuring that the services are delivered to the highest standards, are sustainable and that the company’s purpose, vision and values are promoted at all times.

Dianna McMahon

Quality and Performance Officer

Dianna has worked in Health and Social Care for over 30 years, starting her career as a part-time care worker in a residential special school. Over the years she has been a Service Manager, Area Manager, Regional Manager and Contracts Manager.

Dianna has gained a wealth of experience from working with and supporting vulnerable client groups in a variety of settings, from residential homes to day/community services. Her practical, hands-on experience is enhanced by Health and Social Care qualifications and a BA (Hons) degree in Business, Leadership and Management.
