Yasmine John

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Yasmine was appointed CEO of My Care My Home in October 2017, having previously held the position of Director of Development and Operations. With over 25 years in the health and social care sector, Yasmine has worked in a number of senior business development and commercial roles. Her experience spans across mental health, homecare, residential and care home settings as well as procurement and start-up operations. She has also helped develop a successful model for patient discharge services. 


Joanne Davies

Director of Care

Joanne launched her career within the Health and Social Care Sector 16 years ago as a Support Worker. In the time since, she has also been a care coordinator, Registered Manager and Area Manager. Joanne later became a Quality and Performance Manager and was responsible for the auditing of care services ensuring their compliance with Regulatory standards.

Joanne joined My Care My Home in 2014 as a Project Manager. She was instrumental in managing the successful initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling of our Discharge Services.

Joanne is responsible for overseeing and leading our Domiciliary Care Services, working with the Operations Manager and Quality and Performance Officer in ensuring that the services are delivered to the highest standards, are sustainable and that the company’s purpose, vision and values are promoted at all times.


Jeremy Nixey


Jeremy is the Chief Executive of the Shaw Foundation and Chief Executive of Shaw Healthcare (Group) Limited. 

Shaw Healthcare has over 4,000 staff and an annual turnover of approximately £100 million and operates about 80 care homes and other facilities. Jeremy is a Director/Chairman and founder of My Care My Home.


Dianna McMahon

Quality and Performance Officer

Dianna has worked in Health and Social Care for over 30 years, starting her career as a part-time care worker in a residential special school. Over the years she has been a Service Manager, Area Manager, Regional Manager and Contracts Manager.

Dianna has gained a wealth of experience from working with and supporting vulnerable client groups in a variety of settings, from residential homes to day/community services. Her practical, hands-on experience is enhanced by Health and Social Care qualifications and a BA (Hons) degree in Business, Leadership and Management.

Cheryl Keeling

Lead Nurse Assessor

Cheryl is a qualified Mental Health Nurse who has been registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council for over 20 years. Cheryl has a varied background undertaking working practice in a number of key health care areas including the NHS, South Wales Police and Private Healthcare Companies.

More recently, Cheryl has worked primarily utilising the Mental Capacity Act. She carries out Best Interests, Mental Capacity and Needs Assessments throughout the UK for My Care My Home. 


Robert Pitts

HR Manager

Robert joined My Care My Home in March 2022. Robert is an experienced and qualified HR professional with a strong knowledge of UK employment law and the ability to create HR Strategy and deliver change in a fast-paced environment.

With over 10 years experience in Mental Health, Domiciliary Care and Third Sector, Robert has good business and financial acumen and a proven record of successfully delivering commercial results within high profile, evolving private, public and third sector organisations. He has achieved this by directing HR and working in close cooperation with Senior Leadership and Operational service delivery to manage business plans and other strategic objectives.


Kirsten Smith

Customer Care Manager

As our Customer Care Manager, Kirsten perfectly balances her comprehensive knowledge of the care industry and years of experience in customer service.

Kirsten started her career in the care industry as a Community Support Worker where she developed a passion for helping people. Combine this with more than 10 years ensuring her customers enjoy the best experience possible and there's nobody better suited to guide our team of expert care advisors to excellence.
