Jeremy Nixey – Chief Executive

Jeremy established My Care My Home in 2010 as a 100% subsidiary of Shaw healthcare (Group) Limited.

Suzanne Hughes – Director of Care

Suzanne has had a lengthy career in both Nursing and Social Care and is a Director of Care My Care My Home and Shaw healthcare (Group).

Richard Perry – Consultant

Richard is a development consultant promoting the benefits of the service to Local Authorities and the NHS. He has enjoyed a lengthy career in public service most of which has been as a Senior Manager in social care.

Richard Pugsley – Head of Finance

Richard is Group Financial Controller of Shaw healthcare and assumed responsibility for My Care My Home from its inception in 2011.

Janet Morgan – Operation Manager

Janet has worked in social care for over 20 years and is a qualified RMA. Janet holds a diploma level Award in Person Centred Dementia Care Operations Manager.

Geraint Evans – Building Surveyor

Geraint is an experienced building surveyor with 10 years’ involvement in the industry. His background in residential, housing and healthcare sectors places him ideally as a surveyor within the My Care My Home team.

Yasmine John – Provider Relationship Manager

Yasmine has worked in the Care Industry for fifteen years developing relationships with a wide range of Care Commissioners in the NHS and in Local Authorities as well as working closely to develop collaborative relationships with a wide range of Care Providers in both the Healthcare and Social Care sectors.

Kate Lane – Project Manager

Kate has worked in the Care industry for fifteen years project managing the development and commissioning of new Care Homes, Hospitals , Community facilities and Doctors’ surgeries.
