Interventions to correct care failings

With the appropriate terms in the contract your care contract monitor can, with your agreement, regularly inspect your care plan and ensure it is complete, accurate and up to date;  attend review meetings at which your care is reviewed and request information on the qualifications and supervision of your care staff.

If there is a significant falling off of contractually agreed standards then having given escalated warnings, your Care Advisor can trigger the penalty mechanisms which have been incorporated into the contract.
